Our Superfood Breakfast Bowls

Superfood Breakfast Bowls are exactly as they sound. They’re a breakfast alternative that is super for you and will transform your gut health. Whether you’re looking to reduce bloating, ease stomach aches, improve digestion, lose weight or feel healthier, they are your remedy for a healthier, happier you.

With two flavours available, Beetroot & Cacao and Cacao & Coconut, these Superfood Breakfast Bowls are packed with psyllium husk, buckwheat and essential vitamins and minerals, making them the highest dietary fibre breakfast alternative on the market. Eat them in the morning, as a snack or as a substitute for lunch or dinner. The term breakfast is just arbitrary anyway! Regardless, adding them to your diet, even just once a week, can make a powerful difference in how you feel.

Better yet, top them with nuts, berries, frozen fruit, plant-based yoghurt or anything you can think of to add an extra kick of gut health goodness.

What are the benefits?

Aside from being a great gut elixir, our Superfood Breakfast Bowls are anti-inflammatory and antioxidising remedies that can say goodbye to toxins in your body. Use them as a way to remedy inflammation and cleanse your body from the inside out. They’re also sugar-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, halal and non-GMO, making them suited to many people seeking a way to transform their stomach health for the better.

Each flavour of our Superfood Breakfast Bowls also comprises its own set of benefits:

Cacao + Coconut: A natural mood booster, packed with essential vitamins and minerals.

Beetroot + Cacao: A sugar-free breakfast relaxant, great for muscle recovery after exercising

How do you eat them?

To prepare the Superfood Breakfast Bowls, mix three level tablespoons of our powder with your favourite plant-based milk. Mix it until it is all blended. From here, you have two options. The psyllium husk will begin to thicken the bowl rapidly. So, you can drink up right away while it’s still in liquid form. It will later thicken in your stomach, keeping you full for hours on end.

If you prefer to eat it like porridge, let your bowl rest for a few minutes. When it is thick, you can top it with your favourite ingredients, including frozen fruit, shredded coconut and even cacao nibs.

The more milk you add, the runnier your bowl will be. It may take a few attempts to find which consistency you like the most. So keep with it!

If three tablespoons are too much for you (as it is a hearty serving), you can also make a serving from as little as one teaspoon of powder. Again, work with what suits your lifestyle best to reap the most benefits.
